does anyone have any good diet plans for vegetarians?

    Eat more fruits and veggies and less startchy sugary etc. foods. Also try eating more negative calorie fruits/veggies. If you have the extra cash, get a gym member ship. If not you can go for small runs in the morning and/or evenings, and lift light weights.
    Make sure you try to get at least 8 hours of sleep because lack of sleep increases your appetite.
    Don’t skip meals especially breakfast!

    This one works for me. Cut out the dairy, don’t use oil or fat when cooking, make sure you eat a big variety of things, eat only small amounts of oil rich foods (nuts, seeds, olives etc), eat lots and lots of fruit and veg and whole grains (brown rice, wholemeal pasta and bread) so you don’t get hungry, and regularly do some exercise. It is important that you eat a wide variety of different things.
