i been on the for two day, tomorrow would be my third day…. and i just start drinking 2 cup of everyday and i run an hour everyday w/ dog… but when i weight myself.. i’m still the same weight… does anyone know what’s wrong w/ me????btw i cheat on my cabbage diet…. also, i’m planning on going on a low-cal diet after my on the cabbage soup diet.

    Tis kind of diet is acually useless..even if u success to lose weight, it will pounds back easily as soon as u stop the diet, sometimes even more & have many side-effects..
    The best way to lose weight is to find a nutrians doctor. I also start this way not long ago & success to lose 10lbs in 2 weeksXD
    It s much easier to lose weight by follow the doctor’s instruction than diet .

    It’s only the third day!!!!! Losing weight is sometimes a little bit about… patience ;-)
    If you stick to the cabbage diet for one week and don’t eat nothing that isn’t included in the diet, you’ll lose weight, guaranteed! And check your weight loss at the end of the week only and not every day.

    Oh, by the way: when you lose fat but GAIN muscle, you also gain weight because muscles are heavier than fat. That’s probably what happens to you.
