Has anyone ever done the cabbage soup diet? How much did you loose? And how often can u do it?

    My friend did that! She lost about 3 lbs per week. You can do it as often as you want, what happen with her she got burnt out by it..So i would think doing the way you want would be fine.Good luck

    It is not a good diet to follow. You’ll get gas and diaherria.

    Try eating low carb, you can live on that for life, lose weight and not get hungry. It’s healthy and it works.

    Cut out white stuff, flour, potatoes and sugar.

    Skip the soup, starving yourself can make you lose weight but you’ll just gain it all back.

    The people in the office downstairs from me have apparently been on it for a looong time and nobody seems to be getting any thinner, but they make this whole building smell like cabbage every single day.

    Don’t even go there. It’s awful, makes you feel really grotty and the only way you lose weight is because you cant bring yourself to eat it for breakfast on the 3rd morning and because you spend the whole day on the loo…!!
    Healthy food and exercise I’m afraid is the only way. x

    I did and lost 6 pounds the first week. It wasn’t that great tasting and I was so sick of it by the time the week was over with. It will also cause a LOT of gas. So just know that up front. It also can mess up your stomach. I think all the weight loss was due to going to the bath room so much. :-) I made it in my large crock pot and ate off it the entire week. After I finished the week the weight came right back on. Have you tried the weight watchers diet? I lost 5 pounds the first week and I could actually eat different foods. Good Luck

    lost half a stone,,,

    it all came back on again once i started eating a normal healthy diet, ended up fatter than before.

    It’s the worst diet ever (for me anyways). I did it a few years back. I lost 12 kgs in 2 weeks. But after a (short) while I got sick of that nasty soup. I ended up ditching the diet and gained 14 kgs. And trust me, you gain those kgs very quickly.
    If I can give you an advice, just eat healthy, don’t starve yourself, exercise a lot and indulge moderately from time to time.
    You might lose weight fast with these crash diets, but you gain it all back and you screw your metabolism up.
    p.s: drink a lot of water, that helps tremendously!

    you won’t have any energy and you’ll smell v bad. c ur doctor for a healthy eating plan
